After a long weekend of partying and eating bad from Senior Ball, I’m back on track.
Lunch:
Carrots, 70 cals
Dinner: Organic apple chicken sausage, 80 cals
Snacks:
Lemon ice, 100 cals
Total food: 250/250

At the gym as we speak burning it all off and more.
